Paypal limted because of old ebay account?

Hi

I made a stealth paypal account, listed a few things, limited, provided docs, restored, sold one more, than limited. Paypal states: it has been determined that you are linked to other PayPal accounts that have violated PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy.

The thing is, I was using an old ebay account that had been used for a previous paypal account that had got suspended, so this is what they must mean. I do have a new one started, but you know how you can change you ebay ID? What if I changed this to a new one? Would this still be noticed? Can paypal see what your prior ID was?

You can't "change" things and expect to be non-linked. EVERYTHING has to be fresh and hew.

An old eb account used for a previous pp account that got suspended = game over.

Everything should be new or that account will be going the same way as the other suspended account.
