Question about Limited Re-Confirm Bank Details?
 

Hi guys,

Quick question on Paypal Limitation...

I did seek and search forums without clear answer...

I was trotting along creating a back-up... Added a VBA purchased here and confirmed as usual...
Within hours I got a Limitation notice. I needed to confirm Bank account was only option. When I click on resolve I get the following notice that I too much time has elapsed (hours) and that I need to remove the bank details and re-confirm the bank account. huh!? This is a first for me.

I do follow stealth... All info is different... it was never linked to ebay and have not collected or sent any funds.

I usually just move on but want to learn from possible mistake as this is a first...

Hmm, was it an instant vba or deposit-type? First question.

It was an Instant VBA had to produce User name and password...

Also it came up as a savings account.

I was looking over my records and this happened once to a pp of mine that I created on the fly - SAME user account as previous suspended accounts (yes S for multiple) and SAME IP - I knew it was going to be limited but I wanted to try.

Are you certain that your user account was new and IP different?

Not looking to be an a$$hole, PepsiMax but I am trying to figure out this with you =)

Its all good.... Checked info.... I log all IP and double checked to make sure it was not a random duplicate... Even used IP and address in same area.

This account has real info that is good and has never been used and the person even was going to allow me to use SS#. Im bummed about that part.

The account was a few weeks old.
