Default PP limited me, no steps

Long story short, I was selling a ebook, I sell only by donate. A person decided to reverse 20$, and then my account was limited.
It says my account is limited, but no steps whatsoever in the resolution center about steps or checklist or anything related to that.
PP has also not emailed me, I tried contacting them but they're responding with automated messages. I used a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name on the acc, but the bank info, and the CC info is legit. I also used this acc for many ebay things. I want to restore this acc, not make a new stealth acc. PP has not contacted me in any way whatsoever. Wtf do I do?

Why is my account access limited?

Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

Jun 20, 2011: We need a little bit more information about some money you recently received or withdrew.

You need to call if you can, about the only other option is to use a category like fraud or can't access account to contact them or use the private PayPal email addresses posted on here like:
executiveoffice@paypal.com
and just keep pounding them. Eventually you may get a real response without calling.

Should I just do it everyday?

Okay, I will constantly email and try to contact without calling. Calling may be a last option, but I think its a bad idea to call since I used a OBVIOUSLY @@@@ name.
What do you think they will do if they finally respond?

My advice, having been limited over and over and over and over and over again on the same account... Call and if you dont like what they say, call right back, do this over and over till you get what you want. (at least 5 times)

I've been turned down for reinstatement by a 2 different reps, then the 3rd rep was very happy to help. Seems like some are power hungry and some actually do care.

What should I say about my extremely obvious ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name? Should I just say I didnt trust paypal when I sighed up or something?

I'm fked T.T
Just got this
Dear Meowykid Meowykid,

Hello. My name is Nitz from PayPal Resolution Services.

We have reviewed your PayPal account, and due to the excessive risk
involved, we would like to begin parting ways in a manner that is least
disruptive to your business.

Please log in to your PayPal account and contact PayPal by clicking the
"Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page. Please provide us with the
information needed to facilitate the disbursement of any funds remaining
in your PayPal account.

Funds disbursement can be handled in one of two ways:

* Your remaining account balance can be used to provide refunds to
your buyers (if applicable).

OR

* The funds in your PayPal account balance will be held for 180 days
from the date the limitation was originally placed on the account. After
180 days, you will be notified via email with information on how to
receive your remaining funds.

If you choose to provide refunds to your customers, please log in to
your account and contact us with a list of transaction IDs for the
buyers that you would like to have refunded for you.

We thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

We are committed to making your experience with PayPal pleasant and
rewarding. Thank you for choosing PayPal.

Sincerely,
Nitz

Dear Meowykid Meowykid,

Hello, Meowykid. My name is Rex from PayPal Customer Service.

I understand that you are concerned about removing your limited account
access.

To help you, I researched on your concern and I appreciate your interest
in PayPal; however, our decision to leave your account in a permanent
limitation status is final.

PayPal reserves the right to limit access to any account reported to be
involved in possible fraudulent or high risk behavior. In the event of a
dispute, PayPal will seek to recover the funds from you by debiting your
PayPal balance and, if there are not sufficient funds in your PayPal
balance, PayPal reserves the right to collect your debt to PayPal by any
other legal means

Due to the potential risk of chargebacks and other risks of funds
reversals, your balance will be held 180 days from the date your last
payment was received. At that time, any remaining funds will be
available for withdrawal.

If you need clarification, please feel free to call us at 1-888-221-1161
and we will try our best to give you immediate answers

I am happy to have been of assistance to you today. PayPal strives for
improvement and your support is appreciated.

Sincerely,
Rex

Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

Jun 20, 2011: We need a little bit more information about some money you recently received or withdrew.
If you have money stuck in the account I would suggest a complaint to the Better Business Bureau of San Jose where you will find thousands of other complaints against them from the general public, that always gets them responding and from the executive level not just peons.

No steps = perma limitation.

But like the other guys said. Keep calling, eventually you will get a rep that will help you as long as your account isnt linked to others that have been suspended you will be alright.

I still remember this one lady ( debbie ) who helped me out after I was calling an entire day trying to get some help. She was super nice. I was linked to 3 other accounts and she helped me with all of them.

They all claim they cannot help you but they can, Most of them all a holes though who refuses to help.
