cheques from pp

hi, im nic,i have multiple ebay/ppaypal accounts.
ive now brought the book and am starting again for the 11th time.
i got 10 ebays banned in 6 months all for diffrent things it seems you just cant do anything on there without getting banned,
anyway im sick of having to set up new bank accounts to empty these paypals of remaining funds.if i request cheques on each one of them in the same name will they issue them to me with no quarms?
