From Limited to unlimited in 4 hours - my story
 

It happend to me 10 days ago. Account was set up 3 months ago. I sell low value VERO items. I have been ery consistent not to raise any flags but it still got limited.
Once I confirm the SSN, the girl on the phone restored it to full access in a few minutes.

Key is your SSN Paypal wants; invoice, business info, etc are just a check; once they have yoru SSN, they can always track you down.

Your legit SSN and Ve Ro items...not a combo many people want to dabble with in the first place.

This VERO does not report or has no way to tell which are authorized or not so they generally do not file with ebay.

I hear that if you go through limitastion and survive, PP will not bother you again unless you raise a red flag.

This is true except that a red flag to you vs. a red flag to pa yp al can be quite different...anyhow you did what you felt you had to do.
