Logging in to old account?

I've recently had a transaction disoute on my old suspended PayPal account. I'd like to log in and see what's going on with it but I have a stealth account running on my current IP address (different user profile).

Wouls it be ok to log back into my old account for 5 minutes under this IP or shoudl I reboot my router to get a new IP? The only thing there is I'd have to reboot it again, so the IP is again different for my stealth PayPal.. Would that be ok? I stand to lose money of I don't resolve the issue with the old account.

Different user profile - so no cookies, etc linked? Use other banned IP if possible and get it done.
