keep getting limited on Paypal

Okay I have bought Stealth- set up numerous ebay accounts- sold successfully- small time stuff- $20 range.

BUt my problem is Paypal. I have money in 3 paypal accounts. I followed to a T the Stealth manual about setting up accounts- through Suntrust accounts.
Each time they keep getting limited. Not sure how to get the limited off. They want docs that prove who I am but they are not legit names. what do I do?

Humm, are you being sure to clean your cookies? & have you made a new Windows User login to make it simpler?

maybe your logging into multi accounts without clearing your cookies?

just a thought.
