When ever I make a paypal, I leave it unverified and sell something, the payment never gets the 21 day hold but around 10 mins after receiving payment I get limited with the message above stated as the reason, it says its been a little while since I used the account, but their brand new, it does not matter how much money I get sent or how it gets sent to me (ebay or invoice), I use the same IP, could it be that?

Its a UK paypal.

It sounds like you are getting linked somehow. Same IP does not help.

I hope you are using completely different details then banned accounts - addy, email etc.

I had similar before I found this place. For me, I was using same address and phone no.

Thanks, after reading something in the subscribers area I think it could be the entropay card.

I got no probs with entro. Only use entro to add a card and it should be fine.

If you get stuck, gimme a shout - I been opening many recently for mates so I kinda know what I am doing.

I made a recent pp account but I ran out of physical credit cards to use so, just for payment, I decided to toss out an EP - did not even make any sales and got the dreaded MC115.

I am not using entro to pay fees or anything, I am simply using it to 'add a card' to the account so I can start selling, then I add my bank and I am verified.

Alps just by adding a vcc are you always able to begin selling? For example, create ebay account, add vcc & phone verify - open paypal...add vcc (you cant confirm until you add bank can you) and its letting you sell...?

What's weird in my case is that while the pp account was waiting for the bank deposits to verify, I attached the entr op ay and pp did charge a 1.95 - the expuse code showed up on the EP main page.

So I go back to pp few days after, expuse ready to input and bam it's limited...my eb followed closely after with mc115.

The pa yp al was US-based if that helps for info purposes.

When you go to confirm a card on a UK paypal account before adding a bank account for me anyway, it just takes me through to the page of adding a bank again - doesnt allow me to confirm the vcc

OP theres no excuse for using the same IP really when you can get a dynamic service so easily with Sky or BT - Then ofcourse theres a dongle or dial-up

Rsot - I have only use UK accounts so I am not too sure on your situation - I will have experience by next week.

I think they changed a few things over the last month or so.

@Alps, kind of funny how your text suddenly went all small - like you were having tech problems of your own ha.

But @Imake$, yes prob some fundamental differences that might make EP still somewhat ok on UK whereas heavily scrutinized on US pp.

Entropay get scrutinised due to the US laws on internet gambling. The land of the free is becoming very authoritarian (Have I spelt that right? I'm into my vodka time!)
