Your PayPal funds are now eligible for withdrawal, when i login no where to withdraw
 

I got this email,

I logged in to my PP and account shows limited and nowwhere it indicates that i can withdrawal.

I have to complete the list....

am i looking at the wrong place? currently i dont have bank account linked.

Go to the subselection Withdraw (or alternatively just go to Add or Edit Bank Account under profile). Plug your bank info in (transit, account #, etc.) and you will be able to withdraw.

If you have more than $700, just wait for the 2 confirmation deposits to get sent (usually 2-4 days), plug in the two cent values that are deposit then withdraw the whole kaboodle.

when i do that

i get a

" you are not allowed to add a bank account because your account has been limited."

also note, my sending limit it says has been reached, but i have not used this account as it has been limited for 180 days, so how can i my spending limit be reached???

If it is semi legit, call paypal and bitch. If it is stealth email them using the contact page. If you put the KMXXXXXXXX number in your topic it will sometimes get through to a real Paypaler.
