Need help with limited account
 

I received warnings for listing violations on ebay so I decided to make a new ebay/paypal account with my old man's info. Everything was going good until I attempted to move the money to my main account. The account got limited and they requested proof of id, phone, and credit card. The phone and credit card went fine but I cannot get the id part to go through. I was able to upload it but it still says in progress.

I need paypal to initiate an account review. How do I do that without calling them? I tried their email us feature but only get a generic response. Do they have a real contact email? I'd rather not call because it has my old man's info and I sound nothing like an old man. They might get suspicious.
