my paypal limited account ready for withdrawing and me withdrawn. Now i need to close that account but when iam trying to close that i can saw that "YOU CANT CLOSE A LIMITED ACCOUNT"

There are no guarantees. Alot depends on not only how you set up your account(s) but what you are selling. But buying the book and searching the forums will give you a lot of information on best practices and keep you informed on the latest issues.
The more accounts you create, the more you learn and, yes, you might have some accounts with no limits and others with high limits but you work and spread.
I was not sure I needed the stealth guide either. I was running on a stealth account for over 3 years when I was restricted. I opened a new stealth about 4 months ago and was linked to the old just weeks ago. Things are much different now than they were 3 years ago. I bought the stealth guide and immediately knew my mistake. I am SO glad I bought the book. You need it if you want your account to be successful. No stealth is 100% solid, but you have a better chance if you STUDY the guide and the forums.
