I see... The reason why I asked about how long they'll catch it is because I just opened a new account today with my SSN and it went through just fine. I thought they're going to catch it immediately. I wasnt sure if I gave them my SSN on my previous PP accounts so I guess I should wait for a few more days or at least a month to see if they'll catch it.
Now you also need to have that excel file of the details of your account. That may help a repeat of the worry of wondering if you have used 'precious' information on another account.

Rosemarie, was this person permanently limited by PP with his SSN or just went through the limitation process and came out live? My understanding is if SSN is permanently locked, you will not be able to use it again; when you input that SSN, PP will auto reject it, saying something like "use another number"...
