if i was to use an anonymous VCC name and card and then i wanted to verify my account and add my legit bank account would i be able to then apply for a paypal debit card even though the name dont match? and do u have any idea how i can remain anonymous and withdraw money from atm or lift any limits my account has...

Im not sure what you mean by this..you just go to the ATM and enter your pin and withdraw..

You might be asked for ID if you purchase something with the debit card, you can say your using your relitives or whatever, but I never get asked...you will have to maybe get a PO Box and have them send the debit card to that if your using an address you don't have access to..

what im saying is will paypal still send the debit card even though the paypal name is made up and the back account name is in a different name..in other words how can i not put in any of my real info and still get a debit card to withdraw from atm. whats the route i can take

The biggest thing is the address, you'll have to be able to receive the card..After you have the card you won't have any problems using it..

bottom line is i dont want to have to put in my legit bank account to get a debit card and or lift the limits is there a way around this..to lift the limits with out my bank account and still get a debit card?

b4 paypal will issue you their debitcard, your ac must be verified. If there is no
verification you run the risk of being limited AND you will not have much hope of
that debit card.

I think you will have to add a bank account, ive never tried it w/o a verified account, so im not sure about that..but they will send it to the address you have verified on PP..

Limits:
60 day old account-before you can get the card
$400 per day ATM
$3000 per day spending limit (PIN purchases)

k so the only why i can verify my account is with a bank account? i read something about expuse use(i think that what its called) and something about paypal sending you the 4 digits to verify whats that about.. thanks for the help btw

Expanded Use is when you want to lift the $500 limit when you withdraw from your bank account..your account will be verified when you confirm your bank account and confirm a credit/debit card

so what it boils down to is that i need to add a bank account to verify and i need to verify to get a debit card?

Yep....and have had the account open for 60 days
