quick question hope you can help:


i am making a new paypal under my sister name , but the same address, using her clean social and her bank account. my question is we both live in the same house, my other paypal (linked to ebay suspended account) has the same address.

when i make a new paypal under her name and infos but same address? will it be safe and good? since paypal dunt look at ur name and address only your bank infos?

Make sure not to use same IP address as the suspended paypal account..

i think it would be best to get a po box, and use that address. ebay and paypal share info, so the old address could get you suspended again.

I agree, it's better to use another address. Yours is gone now and you can't use it anymore.

Hi all, I have a question about name and address too...

My ebay and paypal are suspended. (both are using real info)
I wish to open a new paypal account for online purchases.

1) If I apply a new credit card with local bank using all real name, address, real info. During the adding of new credit card in paypal, if I were to use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address, with the real credit card details, can the credit card be added successfully? Does paypal system detect the name and address is different from the real credit card details or do they only check the credit card numbers, expiry date without looking at the address and name?

2) If I am using a prepaid card which can only hold $200 and cannot be reloaded with funds, so I would need to add new cards after my $200 is used up. If I were to keep on adding new cards, will anything happen to my account or paypal getting suspicious?

Welcome to the forum. If the paypal account is NEVER linked in any way to
ebay, you can put your real details on that account. You must make sure never
to link that paypal account to anything ebay.

I don't intend to link it to ebay.

My previous paypal account with my real name and address was suspended.

So does it mean that as long as I have a new credit card number, I can apply a new paypal account successfully using my real name and address, even though the name and address has been suspended before?

So why do many people need to use prepaid/gift card with a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address to apply for new paypal?

No you can't use that real info anymore...please review the posts here, thats basically the first lesson..to become someone else..you can't use an address of a suspended account they will link you, name isn't as important (unless its a very rare name) but you need a new address to use...

Thats why we use the giftcards..
