My paypal is limited
Hello, my paypal got limited, and I need to confirm my bank account and confirm address. My account is made in canada, and I am from the usa. I used proxies to create the account and kept using it through out. I have money on that account, so I would like to unlimit and transfer the money. So I need help, what should I do? |

Purchase the stealth guide, because you have no idea what you're doing if you're using proxies. Once you purchase it, read it multiple times, then ask quesitons, everything will make sense to you, and you "WILL NOT" have to use proxies. Ebay detects proxies... Thanks! |

| I don't want to withdraw, I just want to send to another paypal. But I made account with proxy and kept using proxies. Now if I use an orginal I.P. I can use throughout, and I use a vba and a avs credit card to confirm address. Will it work? |
