So I made a new paypal and used real address around my location but not mine. I went to send money and I got limitted. I only have like 1 dollar in it so it has nothing to do with being risky. They asked basic questions but I cannot do the last one confirm location. Even if I get AVS VCC paypal i will get hit with phone verification and that suppose to match with my address. Am I screwed? I keep getting limitted when I make new paypal accounts. On ebay I am fine. I am using a VPN connection and use dynamic Chicago so ips are near the location on paypal accounts. I dont get it. I cannot use Dial-up because I have no phone jack and I use majicjack.

I am trying to sell some games and make up at least 300 dollars by end of next week for rent and I am afraid I am screwed here.

Appears you have not grasped the fine details of stealth.

Why not consider renting a PO box near you, using say a cell phone to access your account. Think along those lines to see how your account goes :)

I read most of it. VPN was a option and they keep limmiting me when I try to send money. I test it and send 1 dollar to it and then I send it to c if it gets limitted and several times now. dynamic vpn to. Chicago ips where i live. Man imma be screwed.

Would switching to ATT dsl be a possibility there? That setup is excellent.

Is IP address near home so important? Cause mine are allover the board from same provider...

but someone who sells those warned me they will make u do phone verification and using national database it will have to match ur address. I use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ information on paypal so it wont work if thats the case.

Anyways, I got it fixed. I called and said I dont have a debit or credit card and she asked what location are u logged in and I said Chicago then she lift limit. It was easy prob cause I had nothing on there.
