My question is....if everything on the account is Stealth, is it possible to add an EIN to the account to remove the limitation? I would have to go and get the EIN since I don't have one already. The account isn't under a business name or anything just a made up name and address. Thanks in advance.

Well, to answer part of your question, people do change their addresses, you know. But there is quite a bit of work involved if you want to salvage the situation, and you should of thought about it before Paypal started asking. Now they are probably looking at you closely.
