Paypal limit, please help me.
 

I bought a verify paypal account from a member of this forum. But by not using caution should now be limited.
I look forward to receiving the help of you help me remove the limit.

- No proof address

Unfortunatelly, it seems that you've made a mistake with your ISP connection. Without OPEN VPN you shouldn't even open your account. Don't use proxy, NEVER!!!

I have use this account 3 month ago, noproblemt.

Any one give me how to remove limit?

Please take a moment to change your password and create new security questions. You should also take a look at your account information and recent transactions. So you do those steps. What documents are they asking SPECIFICALLY.

It doesn't matter how long did you use this account.
The problem is linking your ip.
Did you read the "Stealth" book?

Something about myself that I cant help is, I build sentimental value with anything of age that I have a lot of time invested in. Im sure there's many of us.

Little update. I got my appeal lifted but still limited. Now they are willing to talk to me and want me to provide some documents! A tiny hope...

Let's say if i bought a STEALTH US PAypal account.. do i need to have a US IP address everytime i logged in to paypal? Im asking is bc, im currently in Asia. I have EASY-HIDE-IP installed in my computer (easily can hide my identity) and wonder if that works for me if i purchase a STEALTH US PAYPAL and used it in Malaysia/Singapore?

Don't think that there are idiots in PayPal technical departments. They have very "smart" pcs and software so you will be limited after using proxy or stuff like "hide my ip" etc.

Use dial-up or vpn connection instead.
