[PayPal] What should I do?
 

Hi.

I made and verified a USA PayPal account in NY.

Then I added a AVS VCC to confirm an address in CA. They instantly limited my account but it`ll be super easy to unlimit again, because its to simple tasks.

• Confirm Bank
• Confirm location via Phone.

Anyway how can I make sure this doesn`t happen again? Sign up with a NY IP and then logout and log back in with a CA IP and then add the VCC?

I have a STRONG feeling that you won't have that account reinstated. Which VPN provider did you use?

Wasn`t a VPN.

Whats the main reason tho? My IP was different to the state I verified the other address in?

EDIT: You didn`t answer my main question tho. I don`t care about the limited account. I just want to prevent this from happening in future.

You really need to spend a ton of time in the ebay tracking section as you got yourself linked somehow.

Before you do anything else you need to do a lot of reading because you have done something to trigger this.
