How long does it take for Paypal to send the address confirmation letter?
 

My stealth PP acct was limited recently, and had set the necessary actions to resolve this (AVS VCC, phone pin confirmation, bank acct deposits).

However, they claimed that they couldn't match my phone number in their database, and requested to send a letter to my mail address (which I have access to).

However, it's been more than a month, and I have yet to receive the actual letter. Any idea on what's happening, and how long do these letters take to be received? Am thinking of giving them a call (through my registered US phone number), but am worried on the dreaded ID document check.

pretty sure no one here works for paypal, so call them......and whats with the phone number thing? they cant verify the number is yours, weird?

my experience in waiting for an address verification letter from paypal is that they took their sweet-a&% time about it...it took like 2.5 weeks to get it, which i know is less than your time waiting.
my thoughts are, if you haven't received the letter and you don't contact them they will think that the account is funky (bad phone and bad address)...by you calling them adds some credebility to the account by asking them WTF? and where is the letter...

Call them and tell them you still haven't received the letter yet.

Paypal Confirmation Letter
 

Is the letter going to a US mail address or no? I too have recently been through the same thing. I called them to ask them how long it takes to get this letter and he said about two weeks. But the issue with mine is I moved, and have my mail being forwarded from that address to my new address. So I called and asked will it get forwarded with the rest of my mail cause some mail items cannot be forwarded and it gets returned back to sender. He said that paypal mail does not get forwarded it will be returned back to them.
