PayPal address linking
 

1) I am wondering if when creating a new account after having one suspended if PayPal would link accounts if the street, city, and state are the same but not the number of the house.

For instance would:

5795 Mark Lane
Lance, CT 87788

be linked to

5195 Mark Lane
Lance, CT 87788

?

The person name would also be the same as the suspended account.

2) Also, if a PayPal account is registered in a different city but the same state as the IP is located in, will they do something about that?

1. Doubt it - would not be good to use the same name though. Change the name a bit.

2. Possibly but lot of folx have had no problems.

Why do you need it to be so close? For shipping to you purchases?

If not, why not go to the next street over or two streets etc and get a good number, street etc.

Something to do with amended an ID :|. But, nvm, they might change something in the future so I think having a different city is probably better regardless.

If you can reach the city for your purposes, it's a good idea.
