Pay Pal Limited
 

Hi all,

So my account has essentially been limited, I believe that it has been limited because I withdrew quickly after making some sales.

Here's the thing I sold my LEGIT pair of Louis Vuitton Evidence sunglasses, I actually bought these at the Louis Vuitton on 5th avenue and have the recieppt. So i've uploaded that already, but the rest of the account is stealth and I do not have a Photo ID, & Don't know what to do as far as supplier info.

They are asking for:

Photo ID
Provide Invoices (have this)
Supplier contact info (didn't use a supplier)
Provide proof of delivery (don't have this yet)
Provide more information about payments

Firstly, what should I do?

So i've successfully provided all required information except the tracking info, which i will have next Wednesday.

Essentially how long do I have to submit all the information to pay-pal before I become officially limited? or am I officially limited already, and have as much time as I need to submit the info.

I dont know how long its your account but in my opinion, you got limited for selling a high risk item + you withdraw that money without even giving a proof of shipping.
someone they will totally limit you even when you provide all the info they need.

Welcome to the forums. Good that you submitted all the info - sometimes it`s an automatic lift, sometimes not. rexxito is correct that you sold high risk item which can be account-threatening.

But that is not what I am asking, I have submitted all of the info except the tracking number which I will have next week. As I will be shipping next week, what I would like to know is how long I have to submit the information that they require.

In other words will they eventually say, "Ok you haven't submitted the tracking number yet, you no longer have the opportunity to submit the information, you are limited for 6 months."

Why are you shipping only next week? That is a long delay and could look really bad on pp/eb end.

I agree with rsot.
Also ebay will only lift the hold when your tracking slip shows as being delivered / signed for.

Didn't have time this week to ship,

I left pay-pal a note stating that I will be shipping next week.

Just to be 100% sure, besides looking bad I have an un-limited amount of time to provide the documents, correct?

If i recall correctly, you have 21 days after they place a limit on your account before you get completely blocked from receiving cash.

Can anyone else back this up?

My paypal account got hit with i need to supply an TAX I.D Or SSN
Is my ebay account dead?
I am Stealth all the way! So i can Not give any Docs or SSN to them.

So i've shipped the packages, and uploaded the tracking numbers to Pay-Pal, should I call in to let them know?

I would like to know how exactly this works? Will they review the account again themselves and if they see everything is there will they lift the limit?

So i've got the little check mark beside 3 of the 5 requested documents.

Here's the the thing, they are not accepting the documents that I have submitted for the remaining 2.

The remaining two are for:

Invoice

&

Supplier information.

I've submitted the reciept for the invoice, which technically is an invoice (isn't it?)

and I do not have a supplier.

Please advise.

If you sold more than 2 they probably think you are a business seller so the receipt aint gonna be good!

Yeah, they probobly do think that.

In the provide more information section I let them know that I also sell my personal music using Pay-Pal, hence I cannot provide any receipts or invoices for them not including the Pay-Pal invoice ofcoarse.

Kind of a difficult situation.

You will have to make some kind of receipt for it since they just won't work with you if you don't have receipts. Unfortunately they think everybody who sells more than 5 things a month is a business seller. Idiots!

Fair enough, I've just made two receipts for the idiots lol

Final thing is the "provide supplier information"

How can I do this?
