limited account,what now?
 

Hi

I have opened an account with paypal,
i used to live in US, so i have SSN and credit card, i still use my sisters
address for my letters and all my statements.
They have limited my account asked me to confirm my credit card which i did and they charged me $1.95. so its solved,change password and update security,its down and solved.

now they are asking for proof of address like utility bill,which i dont have, can i send them my CC statement to them?will it work. the other thing they are asking me is photo ID i can send them copy of my passport which is not a US passport,will this be ok with them?

Does the address on the credit card statement match the address you have on file? If so then I would think they would accept it.

As for the passport issue I don't think they would accept a non US passport. If you are trying to pass yourself off as a US Citizen with a SSN and US address why would you have a passport issued in a different country anyway??

I,m not holding a US passport,i used to live there for a few years
