Double Pp Verification when VPN use
 

Hello Everyone,
I am new to the Forum so please don't chop my head off if i may ask questions that have been asked somewhere deep in the forum before. just couldnt find it - though i love the forum, great job everyone!

I am located in canada and using HMA Vpn to change my ip adresses to proxy that are physically close to the registered accounts adresses i use.

I have 2 canadian registered ebay and paypal accounts, touch wood, after 2 weeks all is still up and running...and i have not experienced any problems.

I still had an old german account which i have only ever used for buying. about 2weeks ago i started posting auctions and as soon as i wanted to withdraw the money i ran into a limitation and ID check. after forwarding the info to Pp the limitation got lifted. as soon as i logged into my Pp account to send a payment i got restricted again.

i spoke to them on the phone and they asked me questions like:

1. are you at home right now?
2. do you log in from work or other places like public wi-fi nets?



could it be that canadian HMA proxy work but as soon as change to a german IP and log into paypal germany, they catch the proxy?

I am travelling frequently and wondering what to do, so i can access my eb ay and Pp accounts from all over the world without risking limitation.

HMA proxy is very bad... don't use it...IP is public many person
