Keeping your new accounts from getting 21 day limited?

I was wondering now that I bought some new accounts if I can do anything to keep them from getting the 21 day limitation of withdarawing funds.

Honestly if you can't avoid this limitation your new accounts are pretty much targets for the hold.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

There really isn't much you can do. It is just the way Paypal operates on all new accounts.

There is nothing you can do. PayPal will do this to all accounts sooner or later, and if you are selling high risk items or phake items and are constantly dealing with issues on paypal/ebay than you are more susceptible to this.

I agree but disagree.

I have to tell all of you I sell primarily hobby items like rc planes and currently have 148 on feedback at 100% and all but 1 5 star rating (ones 4 1/2) and for some reason got hit with a 21 day hold. So much for the over 50 feedback makes you realatively safe:suspicious: I haven't ever had a chargeback either.

There definetly is more to it than a new seller or even feedback. I called Payapl to ask what the issue was and it was explained to me I didn't receive feedback on the last 5 items I sold however the people have had the items a matter of weeks already. She also explained that there is the typical 3 day after the item is received waiting term to have the money released.

It really is unbelievable to me when your NOT violating Vero, or their counterfeit listing rules your still treated as if you are.

The idea of having to call to release funds after 3 days isn't so bad as long as they do. I just don't understand the logic in locking accounts for buyers not leaving feedback. It's purely a way to amplify their overall interest on moneys invested with their monopoly.:mad2:

Tell me about it. I was not selling, just buying items from gbay and upselling to other onlines sites. And they have put every road block possible. I beat them for 2 months with dozens of tricks. Eventually I searched and found REAL suppliers. I was buying $2k to $3K a week in products. I called I made stealth accounts... everything... in they end those sellers on gbay lose and gbay loses the fees. I am even paying a little more now for some of my prodcuts.. and it is so worth it. Gbay is out of my life for the most part... just like they wanted it.

grrrrr... I'm still pissed off though.

PayPal doesn't care about your rating as seller. You're criminal in any way!!!

That has to really suck for new drop shippers and people selling an item just to pay their mortgage for the month.
