Will the money be relased after 180 days?
 

Hi All,

I had my account limited due to going beyond me receiving limits for the year.
The reset date is 5th November 2011, so not far away.

The name on the account is a stealth name.

Will Paypal still let me withdraw the funds after 180 days, even though I can't provide documents to prove my details?

The bank account linked to the Paypal is still running fine - i intend to withdraw the money to this account on the 5th November.

When I withdraw the money, what should I do with the account? I can't close it when it is limited, so should I just leave it be?

Yes you should be able to withdraw it to your bank account once the time has passed from what i have read others say on the forum

You will get an auto email from PP exactly 180 days down to the minute from the time you got limited stating that your funds are now eligible for withdrawal.

My limited paypal account passed the 180 day limit about 3 weeks ago. Got the email saying I could have my money back, went to download it to my bank and it gets reversed. Try again, same deal. This time I write to them saying they have a legal obligation to give me my money back and they told me that they will release the funds to me only if I resolve my limitation first??!! by faxing them the id etc wtf?
