the maion slogan of paypal is pay with ur cc or paypal balance !! but they limit u !! it's ok if some1 has 0$ and want to buy !! i have recieved 50 $ and try to buy but am limited !! it's a joke or what , we recieve money and can't use !!

any1 to help me !! what can i do !! i have money in my account and am limited why they want my cc if won't use money from it ?

Hi-hard to tell exactly what your asking, but if its your acct-why not call them...go to Help/ contact us..let them explain what they did + why + how to remove limit...Good Luck ;)

It could be that the funds in your account are frozen... thus they want your cc funds...
