Real Paypal Account Limtted due to Trangic Event
 

My Brother In law was in Tragic Car Accented in Hospitable
ebay account he was selling stuff he has not yet acquired from china
my ebay account has complaints ebay is asking me to confirm my information But paypal has permanently locked my account he has withdrawn some of money

So what I`ve done so far is Paid the Seller fees on the ebay Account & Refunded some of the buyers & Order the Product from china

How Should I appeal the paypal account?

You don't. You move on with stealth accounts.

Whose account had the limitation? Yours or your brother-in-law?

What was the notice? More importantly what was the state of the ebay account B4 paypal acted this way.

Sounds like his brother was selling items that were not in his possession and since he is n hospital he cant order them ''yet''

So because they are on the same IP or PC ebay has locked his account as well :faint:

You should never sell something you don't physically have in your possession. That is how you can avoid these situations. Even if you have it ordered it can get seized in customs or something and then you are in trouble.
