Limited, unlimted then limited. Why?
 

Ok well i have a ****** account on pay pla and its been going strong for a 2 weeks now. I was limited at first, had to show proof of addresses. I figured a way around it, called them, and they lifted the limitation and i was able to transfer money back and forth and pay for things and such. I log on last night, i found my account limited again. reason is : we have reason to believe that someone else logged onto your account.

Ok so i called them, we discussed about it, they lifted the limitation off again and apologized deeply. I wake up in the morning, and again, I got the limited for the same reason. So i call them, they said please make sure no one has ur password ( i changed my pw 5 times already now). they lifted it again. Now i log on, again its limited!!

I have a separate user account for this paypal, i have a special IP address used for it. the IP address is dynamic though, so each time i shut the computer, the ip address changes but its still in the same area of the account. what is causing this limitation? They said taht their automatic response program is flagging it and saying that someone else is accessing my account.

correction, it isnt the the ip address, As mine changes fairly often.

Are you clearing your cookies every time you log in? That could be it too. I would leave the cookies on that user account alone if you are clearing them out. That might help ease the pay pal bots.
