eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Call Paypal from Skype!

I have a question for you guys ...

Can I call PayPal via my Skype? And if I so, do I have to register my Skype information according to my stealth account I am calling about?

I'd also like to know this... I've heard some people say you can do it and others say you can't really because apparently ebay still owns 30% of skype....

I've personally called eBay (not paypal) a whole bunch of times with skype off my iPhone and have had no problems.

It involved 7-day restrictions and what not.

Well 7 days restriction isonly because you sold VERO item. I dunno but when you are completely restricted form selling it might be another thing.

Several times tried to call Paypal +35314369111 through Skype but each time get message in Skype 'no answer'. My Skype balance is about 5 US$.
