im just going to issue a refund and make another account this time avoid using netspend as a bank my other account is still ok

You sold something too risky or you got caught being linked somehow. Backtrack your steps.

i never sold a thing i added netspend as the bank never again my other accounts just have vcc. im thinking if the name comes up in the bank as netspend they ask for docs

It's stupid to waste my time to verify them.
Do I need to tell paypal to just permanently limit my account and I just wait for 180 days to get the money inside? If so, how?

been down this road before. i sent everything they wanted EXCEPT anything about me. ie, SSN or ID. my limitation was removed. try this first and see what happens

I agree. Worth the try to send them limited stuff.

If not be prepared to wait 180 days to get your money.

@seanws30, that's possibily doable if all things were equal on the account. However where there's more than a chance that user accessed via vpn/vps/proxy, paypal may not be as accomodating.

For the AVERAGE U.S. citizen who wants to sell legit on EB, its impossible to make any money with the 10 item a month limit. 5 months later you might be able to sell 40-50 items and maybe make it to 100 items in a year of selling. Not alot of people going to play

That in itself will make you run because you just can't make money with that few sales unless your selling thousand dollar items with high profit margin,unless of course you do ste alth and spread sales which most won't go that way.


Some other countrys start out with 100 items,..huge advantage.(not a fair playing field is it):rant:

I know there is ways around certain things, but i'm just saying for the average international new guy and the U.S new guy it's not the same.
