Default Strangest "Limitation" ever! Has anyone ever seen this?!

As you can see in the picture, the account was limited over a month ago with no restrictions, which is weird in and of itself.

Since then I have received over $6,000 in payments and made over $8,000 in successful withdrawals. I figured that since the account was toast I would overload it with sales and wait out the 180 days for my cash. I was really surprised when everything just worked normally. In fact, I've seen BETTER performance out of this account than a normal one. I've thought about trying to break the $17k limit on it before the end of the year just to see what happens.

Has anyone ever seen this before??! Thoughts????

Never seen anything like that before. But hey why not ride it out as long as you can? That is what I would do.

Additional details:

99% of the sales on the account are not through eb@y. The PP is attached to a st3alth acct which is limited to 20 items/mo. The eb@y acct is working normally and I am able to pay fees and accept payments out of the PP acct without issue. eb@y acct has under 30 positive feedback, all from selling.

I have not resolved any of the issues on the Resolution Page.

I did not call in or contact PP in any way.

I do not ship using PP shipping and I do not upload tracking numbers.

My average sale is about $15.

Of about 900 transactions I have had ... maybe....... 2-3 complaints which I resolve quickly by refunding the buyer as soon as a case opens.

paypal doesnt make mistakes, just ask them, they'll confirm that

just wait till you try to make your first withdrawal and then report back what happens

This is very odd indeed - especially with making withdrawals while limited.

If you can still receive funds after limitation, it will only last for 45 days until they revoke this privilege. Had it been over 45 days for you?

No, the limitation was about 35 days ago. Thank you for the informative response I was looking for!

I have made 5 withdrawals since the limitation. 3 for 3,000 , 1 for 2,000 and one today for 1,000.
