After 180 days THEY TOOK MY MONEY?! they didnt send it to my bank account!!
 

After getting my paypal account limited the fund as they stated would be released after 180 days after waiting i check back in 180 days to see that the balance has been reduced to 0 and the money has not been tranfered to my account has this ever happened to anyone else?

Yes, this has happened to many people expecting their funds.

Away from here, I am aware of funds of over US$200,000 being held permanently by paypal. Those users were from Asia & had funds kept.

You need to go over the T&S of paypal to see where they say they have the 'right' to take funds where they consider it OK. There's something about applying penalities ....

OP, how much money did you have in the account before?

I'd read about these instances but never put any validity to them until just now.

Can you please provide more info surrounding the circumstances here? Or should I just search through every "OMG PP STOLEZ MI MONI" thread on here?

maybe you should wait 2 more days to see if you have the fund in your account???recently, I didn't "see" the fund in my bank account until 2 days after I withdrew money. Paypal said the transaction was complete but my bank didn't show any fund from paypal! As I said, it just appeared two days later. However, my paypal is ok so...

You would have an impossible search for such an appalling thread title. :doh:

Search the PayPal TOS for "damages" and "penalties".

Are you sure your account not been hacked buy some one else? in some cases witch money cashed out to bank account electronically there will be a hop of opening a dispute but I see you just lost it maybe!

I think the 1st q that OP needs to answer here as we try to deduce this situation is the amount expected - how much was it? Answer that and let's go from there.

Did you contact them and ask? There must be a record in the transaction history as to what happened with the balance.

Try emailing them and asking were your money went. If they stole it, it is easy enough to screw them back with a stealth account.

I always found that, what ever you sell, they refund the user if your account gets limited.

hahaha ain't that the truth! they take buyers side EVERY time when your account is limited.
