Hello everyone.... it is a long story but i will really really appreciate your help.
So I'm from Iran and as you know pp can't be used here. I needed the account only for buying so I opened a US account without VPN or anything then I used my local credit card and somehow it worked :clap:then i bought virtual bank account and all was good. Ah for the address I used the address of a package forwarding company which is a street address. I successfully used my account for sometime ONLY BUYING.

then my brother who has been collecting money online send me about $200 and when I tried to use them for buying >> boom >> paypal limited my account and requested proof of address I send them authentic invoices which has my name and address (from online stores) and they lifted the limitation. I continued to use the account for buying until some day I decided to sell something delivered by email on ebay which i did it was only $17 .

anyhow I did more stupid things i started to use a USA based VPN when using paypal and I even applied for paypal extra master card and bill me later service of course I was not approved for both of them. recently I bought something from ebay for $500 my paypal balance was $15 and the rest come from my credit card after successfully completing the transaction >> boom limited again and requesting proof of address again I sent them invoices again>> boom >> another limitation email but this time asking for photo id, credit card statement and SSN.

I have (60) 100% positive feedback for my ebay account which is working nicely till now I really would like to keep it is there anyway?? besides what is your advice for me when opening the next account and this time it will be really for BUYING ONLY?

and last question can i use the same address of the package forwarding company when buying with new account (I'll use it only in ebay not paypal). It is really hard for me to find another company.

so it was $$ sent to you and then you tried to buy and limitation happened, it just means you got an automated trigger due to that money, but the problems were there anyway eg. vcc, wrong country ip or vpn that was detected....

I know you want to keep acc, you can try and send all info, simple way may be to say you are a foreign student and do not have ssn, just provide your country id and a proof of address in usa. It kind of depends what you already provided, as to what else you can give them that is new, they had everything already, it is just ssn now. Did you act like a US citizen or an iranian with an address in US?

New account, means new address, read stealth book or forums, do not make a new acc until you are prepared.

First of all - learn from your mistakes.

If you are using a VPN to access PayPal and ebay make sure to always use the SAME VPN.

Do not apply for paypal mastercard or bill me later. You will not get approved and it would just draw attention to the account.

You can use the forwarding address for ebay, you don't really have much choice... just make sure you use it only for ebay and not PP.

Thank you, but I don't think the foreign student thing will do well because when I have been asked whether I'm a US citizen during registration I answered yes and when I applied for paypal master card they require the last 4 digit os SSN and I just wrote random 4 digits. Actually I didn't know you can open US paypal account if you are not a citizen.

DO not come to this forum and make silly claims. Not acceptable. You thought you would try to see if you could get away with doing so & you did not.

It's ILLEGAL to use the wrong SSN. Learn that now and learn it fast. Do not speak again on that.

Your own conduct has cost you this account. Learn that now.

Do not expect either ebay/paypal or this forum to pat you on your back and say you will be OK.

You are going to have troubles making a new account because of your location.
You are going to have troubles making a new account if you do silly silly things. And you have done them already.

That address you used when you were buying may be marked now. Even if you manage to make a buyer's account, you still need to have everything in order to get ebay & paypal to accept the account. It will be limited quickly if they detect a vpn, a wrong address a wron gcard :juggle:

Honestly i didn't know what is SSN until I got limited and PP requested it.I just wanted to buy from ebay that is it. and if you will talk legally then I think there is a lot of illegal stuff going on here and nobody complained. If I was stealing money from anyone or I was doing any other criminal act then that would be unacceptable.is it a crime to want to buy from ebay?.

2) This forum/website NOTHING is illegal, the methods used are 100% legal if following the correct steps to do so... please correct me if im wrong?

do you honestly even know what the VCC would have been used for in this process given how unfamiliar with EB/PP STEALTH you are ??? Where are the CONFIRMATION/VERIFICATION processes in this, that is if you even know what these signify or are ???

NOT possible....so a NON-US address is successfully used to register & verify a US PP A/C & in NON-STEALTH mode at that ??? Or a US address DIFFERENT to that of your Iranian bank A/C address details linked on the US PP A/C ??? NOT possible.

so at the US PP A/C registration screens, you did NOT notice the 'social security number' designation to 'SSN' ???

so you were NOT only 'buying' but were also somehow 'selling' on this US EB/PP A/C in NON-STEALTH mode, NON-VERIFIED/NON-CONFIRMED.....???

so in other words, you came here under the perception of this being an 'illegal stuff going on here' whatever that may be....so you have hardly the moral high ground here, eh ???

Giving a false SSN is a criminal offense.Your ignorance & lack of understanding on this subject could potentially land you in hot water.

Honestly, do you even realize what you've said here ??? Can you not see the discrepancies here ??? You are on very thin ice here in terms of your understanding of STEALTH/EB/PP.

It is NOT a crime to buy from EB but being seriously outlandish when what you've described above is logistically impossible to perform in some respects in the way you've outlined it is hardly going to get you very far.:suspicious:
