Hi, if i have a bunch of limited paypal accounts with random name and stuff. And if i sell stuff on there, will I be able to withdraw money on all of the accounts? thanks.

If the accounts are limited, then no you can not sell. That's what 'limited' means. You are restricted as to what you can do.
