Im going around this forum but need help to getting my ebay stealth account up i wanna open one but dont wanta use my paypal or paypal at all i wanta use a merchant account but idk what to do cause i know you will get caught if you use your name so im not sure on the steps to making this alll work cause to open a merchant account you need a social and stuff

There are 2 approaches to your problem rashawn. For eb, you will always need a pp account open and (best) verified.

However once you got that going, for a merchant account to be accept for eb ay, you will need to submit ID and proof - so that's a nuisance.

What some folx do is take a different approach - they get a merchant account or a payment processor that accepts pp payments (e.g. CCN ow) and once the auction is done, you coax your buyer to paying to your separate account.

so theres no way i can open a merchant account under ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info and then get a ein under my real name (or does ebay and paypal see your name ) and then open a merchant account under the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info and a ein

Sadly, I cannot comment on EIN since I have no experience with this phenomena =(

Edit: You have to keep in mind that REAL merchant accounts are especially looked at for tax purposes and anti-money laundering purposes so yes, the TRUE merchant accounts would have to be registered under your name.

see tha bad part about this is that i need a way around it man o man lol

Look into CCN ow then - you can invoice your customers on the side and they can pay with their pp - no merchant account needed.
