Paypal Limitation
 

I recently opened up a new ebay and paypal stealth account and linked them and fully verified my paypal account. I sold two items about a week after I opened the accounts and received payment for them and shipped them. When I went back into my paypal account it said it was limited and I needed to provide Drivers License, Utility Bill, and SS#. I called paypal and the rep seemed unsure about what triggered it but then she said that when the account is verified they run a check on their end to check the address. (I am assuming that since I made up a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name with a real address they didnt match) Does anyone have any success with creating a paypal account that has not gotten limited?

you did something wrong to trigger this. people make new accounts daily and dont have any problems. did you follow the guide exactly? new user, ip, phone?

it shouldn't male a difference if the name matches up to the address as long as the address is real. what i usually do is pick a last name, look up somebody with that name in a nearby city on the whitepages website, change the first name and i'm off.
i would recommend selling one item, shipping and right away list your next item. or to be safe wait until the first one is delivered. repeat that a few times without rushing and then you'll be pretty safe. at that point you can probably start selling more.

I know I did everything correctly because I also created another stealth ebay and paypal and its almost going on two months no issues about 30 feedback already. I called paypal and the women on the phone seemed confused. She was like huh I dont see anything that should have caused this let me check to see if there are any notes. She kept looking for a little bit and then finally said well when we did our own verification check and the address did not match up. She asked how long I have been living there and I said about 2 years. I also got hit with need SS# right away. That seems odd. Maybe just bad luck?

just abandon this account and start over. and this time make sure you follow all of the steps to the letter
