Address verification via CC
 

I've recently had a (US) pp account limited, and they want me to
enter another CC#. The account was originally set up with an
entropay vcc, and I thought I had nothing else to do but enter
a different entropay#. But they wont accept it, gives some error
about the card issuer not being able to verifiy my address.
The account has never been used, just set up, and then shortly
afterwards, limited.
Is this something new ? Do they need a valid CC# with address
verification now or what ?

It's the second time someone has said the same thing about entropay. Search for that thread for more info on the subject.

To add to this, I just tried to create a new account, and the entropay
card was rejected.

The posts about entropay are not conclusive, and I'm just adding my own
experiences.

entropay seems inconclusive at the moment. are you trying to verify a US paypal account
with a US address using entropay? Have you made an ebay account to match paypal?
What has been done?

I have created US ebay account with entropay, which worked fine.
But when I try to create a US paypal account, it accepts the entropay details,
then it gets limited.
So my conclusion for the time being, is that Paypal US is not accepting entropay.
