Hi.
my verified pp account has limited for security eason ,they asked me me to process few steps.
1- change security question
2-change password
3- complete bank account number XXX
4-comfirmation address by sending documents or by credicard
5-comfirmation ID or by creditcard and pone number
step 1,2,3,4,5 all these steps has been completed yesterday but it still limited ,,any idea if the limited will automaticly removed or it will take to check my someone in paypal ? thanks for you rxperience

Call them and tell them you sent in all the info, they should clear it up once they see it. :fight:

Agree with download3000 - if all docs are in, call should be fine.

Hi and thank you for reply..I didn't sent any document ,they asked for document or (alternative available) which is CC and phone number and I did confirme both by the alternative and now the resolution all are completed

sometimes it takes a day or so for the system to restore you. ive had this same limitation and it says you will be unlimited as soon as everything is taken care of but it never is for me. usually the next day i get an email saying my account is restored

There is a risk that they might call you to confirm the account before reopening it.
If you don't want to risk that, my advice is that you call them yourself, and say that you provided everything and waiting for your account to be restored.
At least you have your information ready when you call, better than them calling you in an unexpected time.
Worked for me (twice).
