Yes, Thy can bring bunch of reasons to ban and limit your activity, I git my Pp banned yesterday. I am asking for help!!! I am selling digital download on ebay along with activation code, no complaints and everything was going just fine. I woke up this mornig and I received an email from ebay regarding my selling restriction. I can only buy goods on ebay. Then another email from paypal saying that I need to:

1)Confirm your credit card
2)Provide Invoices
3)Supplier Contact Info

The first thing is ok for me to hand in but how can I give them my supplier's contatct info, becasue they are chinese and only selling me the keys only. I don't know what is my next step. Please give me some advise.

you cannot sell digital goods on ebay as it is against their rules. All digital information must be shipped in a CD.

Digital downloads is a no no.

This changed a while back.

No sense in making more accounts because all of them will go down doing this.

While digital downloads are heavily frowned upon (and chances are good you are not going to be reinstated), you might as well try. Get creative with a supplier invoice - hope you understand.

Or just let it go and go stealth.

You can get past this, soft limitation in my book. Selling digital items is as others say but if you but that its pick up only then your good, or put free shipping on the listings.

First of all you need to figure out what triggered the limitation.

Second you need to call paypal and explain these are digital items that you created yourself (or something like that). Ask them what to do in that case - make it seem as legit as possible.
