i used my paypal account for 10 years, lot of transactions done
one year ago i purcased some software from a scammer, than i done 4 or 5 cc chargeback and paypal nuked me forever
I got 4 ebay account linked to this paypal account, so ebay nuked me these account.
tons of email to paypal, nothing to do, i'm nuked forever!

nuked lol hahaha sorry had to laugh. Good choice of word you used there. I've bee nuked too and so are others. But we have come back with stealth accounts. So make a stealth account man that's all you need.

there are accounts for sale on forum, but not Italy ones...

new identity, you mean a company? the link you posted in USA, very hard to apply for if not resident, plus only useful for use on USA ebay account.
