I don't know, I had paypal try to steal money from me as a buyer...I had to pay for a item not on ebay and paypal put a hold on the merchant funds from me. So I called them and asked them to release the funds to the merchant...they told me as the "buyer" I needed to verify my paypal account and add a bank account. Then I explain to them ...look .. I don't sell anything im a buyer...the rep said it didn't matter, so I told the rep to return the money back to my account so I can send it back to my bank account. She said NO! they would keep it until I add my banking info. So being as I was on my house phone, I told the rep watch how I resolve this very easily...while talking to the rep...I called wachovia on my cell phone...went to the dispute department and filed a chargeback...my money was granted at the sametime i was on the phone with the rep from paypal...then I hit my BBOY stance in the mirror. HA! |
