180-day hold

Well, we can't ship product or float our company because PayPal does not like our documentation. In this case, because we use drop shippers and green ocean-going cube shipping from auctions in Thailand for product refurbished by manufactures and have no retail or office space with utility bills in the US, they have stopped all payments. We're sitting at over $5k on hold.

Now what?
