My pp account was limited, with a message header 'PayPal appeal denied'. But my ebay account still running good with no chargeback and negative's..
Got limited everytime after i'm trying to withdraw the funds to my credit card (its a reloadable vcc) to pay my ebay fees.. This is for the 3rd times, first 2 limited access was lifted successfully. But for this time, it look like never!
Any suggestion? Really dont know what to do..

You can leave the account, create others, and come back to this one later on. If the account didn't have much feedback to begin with, or wasn't that important to you, you could add another pp, sell as many items as you can on there, and cash out before it gets shut down.
In the USA, I'd recommend adding an alternative payment method since pp isn't our only choice, not sure what they offer In your country.
the first limitation happen when i click withdraw funds to cc within 1/2 an hour. they ask for utility bills and then id copies. (this account is using ⊗⊗⊗⊗ information as i cant use my real info any further on ebay or paypal). lifted after 3 days
then my 2nd, also within 1/2 an hour.. they asking the same docs for verification.. lifted after 2 days
for recent limit, firstly i think its better to withdraw it earlier.. so when my ebay bills due, the funds is ready.. well, its happen again. now they are asking for utility bills and then cc statement.. (i bought prepaid vcc over ioffer from the guys from Poland for $10)
i think this is the reason why im going to be limited forever..:> im sending them my local 'photoshop edited' cc statement which is totally different from my pp registered cc.
