eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - I have been banned by Paypal

I have been banned by Paypal forever!!!!!,the ebay account is still in good condition and its working perfectly,any idea ? well,i am live in China.:help:
what shall i do next ?

Why was your PayPal account limited, did they give you a reason?'

- How old was the PayPal account?

- Did you have many disputes or chargebacks on it?

- Were you selling counterfeit products, anything illegal?

well yea DVD's are risky as they are always violating terms and conditions or copyright agreements.

There are others here from China that have accounts try and find them to ask some questions. As China paypal and ebay is vastly different then US, UK, or CA.
