Pp limited, can withdraw but have doubts
 

Hello there, I have a small problem.
Few years ago as a kid, I've created my first paypal account. As I was afried of the internet at that time, I created it using english version of my name and a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ surname. Years passed, my pp was laying there never used, but last year I had a chance to earn few euros (30) selling gold from mmo. The transaction was legal, earned my euro, then I had a chance to win a "pro contest", some of first posters of a forum were to receive small cash from the contest host. I "won" 20 cents, which after a tax was reduced to 0, So basically i didn't earn anything. Few days later, boom, my pp was limited. They said they want to check my account if the info I provided was real. As I said before I used ⊗⊗⊗⊗ data, so I wrote to them about my problem, provided real ID, but they answered that they can't change it but after 180days I will have the ability to withdraw money. So the time passed and I can withdraw it, but I see some problems there. As I cannot change my data, I can't unlimit my account. To withdraw cash I need to give them my bank account (I don't have one yet, but I'll have to create one in the future so no problem), but ofcourse data on the bank account will also differ from the paypal one. Won't that be a big problem? And also since my paypal is limited I won't be able to delete the bank account after withdrawal (right?). After that I was planning to create another one paypal account, with legit data, different email, the same addres, and I would then have to add the same bank account to that paypal. Won't that cause any problems?

You really to read around the forum and/or get the guide. You will understand that in MOST cases, the bank name does NOT have to match the pp name...same thing: address makes no difference for bank.

Yes I understand that. But how about paypal? If I will have the same address, and the same bank account, won't my new paypal get limited in connection with the old one? And also, won't there be any problems with my bank account being subscribed to old limited paypal?

You CANNOT use the SAME bank account - you must go NEW - same thing with NEW address - nothing old.

And thats my problem. I do not plan on doing anything illegal, nor was I planning on doing it on my old pp account. I don't want to use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address on my new paypal becouse I will not be able to verify it then. I also cannot create dozens of bank accounts, it is impossible for me. Parents would get really mad at me for doing "something fishy". On the other hand I don't want to loose mine 30 euro. What should I do then?

In order to open new PayPal, you will need all new data, including your bank account

So open just one account from which you can create new ones. Maybe your bank has this option. If not, read this and this (in Polish). Pozdrawiam :yar:

Just tell em to send you check , they give you option to add bank acc to withdrawn money OR if you prefer they can send you check ... just change your address to some friend address where you could get your check safely or even get it on your own , & tell parents that you won it !

There is only possibility to withdraw money to a bank account;/

Do not use and ruin your friends address..... risky...:rip:
