Banned from paypal.
 

I have a question, i already created a paypal account from a relatives house with a different name (⊗⊗⊗⊗) and address and bank account and email then the account i had thats limited. but i can't go on that new account from my house because paypal will link the new account to the banned account together, so i can only go on it using a phone service or from anyone else's house, i can't use my wifi. i want to know if i would be fine signing into my account from my wifi after i change the ip? will that work?

what can i do so i can use that new paypal from my house do you know?

i would really appreciate it if you can help me

Welcome to the forums. Yes you should be able to log in after you change the IP.

New user account, new IP - literally a new computer- all new.

If you are not sure, the stealth guide lines it out nicely or/and you can read more around the forum.

I hope your relative house does not already have pp accounts that are banned or being used.

Yea, you will be fine logging onto your account from tethering your phone as long as you are using the same computer.
Paypal cares more about seeing the cookies on your computer to show you are the same person. IP addresses change all the time, for some people they change everytime they go online (phone tetherers and dial up users) and Paypal understands that.
However, it is NOT normal behavior for someone to clean out there cookies or log on from a different computer. This often sets off a fraud alert or need to call eBay/Paypal to confirm your identity. Cookies are your friends!! Especially the chocolate chip kind :lol:
