Paypal Limited [Asking for invoices]
 

Hi, My paypal has been limited because I don't know.. Paypal is asking for proof of deliveries and invoices. I don't know what to do because in the first place I'm not selling anything.. I have a friend of mine in Middle East that sent me 100$ because I was asking for some financial help, I believe it's the one triggered the limitation.. Know they were asking for invoices. I don't know what should I put because I'm not selling anything in the first place. Also, about the proof of delivery when I try to click the resolve now button it says that I have to choose a transaction but the problem is there is no any transaction under the list. I already contacted them but they just keep saying the same thing

Call them up and explain that there is no sale involved. Did anything happen to your friend's pp account? Might be WISE to speak to him and find out what's up with his account. That way you can discuss the whole picture with pp.

Yeah I already contacted him and says that there is no problem with his side. Also I already called paypal twice.. But still no luck.

Its because your in the Philippines. Using a US, Canadian or western Paypal in another country like the Philippines, will get you limited because of their IP regulations. And furthermore your account received a big sum of $100, that would trigger a limitation if your account is new. Many things could be at play here, but it would be best if you use your own country's Paypal site.
