Pay ss limit

I know that once you reach 200 transaction or 20,000(i know its usually less) paypal requires your ssn. My question is once they hit you with the ssn requirement, are you still able to use the ebay linked to the paypal to purchase things? I know that you would not be able to send money or withdraw money, but would you be able to use the money stuck in your paypal to purchase items?

Most likely Paypal will limit your account until you provide the SSN#. So you don't get asked it's best to spread your sales before you hit 200/ $20,000.

You probably would not be able to use the money in your account.
I'd imagine that it would be limited.

I have repeated this so many times I need to copy and paste it.

The 200 and 20k is NOT CONCRETE.

Do not think you can sell up to that amount and stop.

Reason---

PP is required by the IRS to report anyone who has reached those numbers or who has the POTENTIAL of reaching those numbers.

It has been reported here as low as 250 items sold and 8,000 in sales.
I got hit with it for 11k last year and did not have a high number of sales.
