After alot of studying i have this one question...
 

After getting canned from my real ebay account, me and my friend opened a joint account half under his name half under mine same with the debit cards.... so we were selling and he decided that he doesnt want to do this anymore it bores him blah blah blah so since the account had about 60 feedback on it i changed all the info on it to my mothers name/address/phone etc i even made a new paypal under her name and linked that one and it had no problem..... Now that the paypal has been limited i want to change all the ebay info again, we just moved so we have a new address and phone number and create an LLC and put all that info on it.

What do you guys think? If it wont work what route should i choose?

I'd start all over again, NEW EB/PP.....or buy a seller EB/PP A/C from the US sellers on here.

So i should create an LLC and make a whole new account with my new address and phone number and will be selling legit items no shady things, what is the best thing i can do with the working ebay that has top ratted seller icon and a powerseller icon?

I suggest you either create a totally NEW EB/PP A/C & go from there OR buy such an EB/PP A/C from US resellers on here & go from there.

what i can't seem to understand why do people pay money for a new account if they could just create one?

If people could just create them like you say, we would not be having this conversation right now.

Some of the reasons are 1-2-1 guidance from some of the EB/PP resellers & their knowledge & insights to you, the speed, convenience & less hassle (of the like you seems to be having right now, third thread) of setting up EB/PP A/C.

You can be successful in this respect if you do a LOT of research, read around all over the forum & make sense of everything.

Looks like i found a way of getting my mothers ebay account back on its feet and that is to use CCnow merchant account.... Looks like this is the ONLY thing i can use that accepts paypal payments, i just need to invoice all the customers manually..... in the mean time i will be ding more research onto how to create successful stealth accounts

Some people need dedicated IP addresses or phone numbers.
Some sellers know how to make accounts and get higher selling limits.
Some need to be aged before they can sell.
I have around 65 stealth accounts, but I purchase accounts here and there just to mix it up and truly look stealth (as well as to have backups)

Please show me where i can buy these stealth accounts with high selling limits

I am kinda shocked that you would use your Mothers info.

Most, not all account newly created get a low selling limit, if you purchase one of a seller here they might have an older one that has some higher limits but it will cost you more.

If you need more numbers then make more accounts to fit those needs.

I'm trying to make some extra money from amazon right now so i can have the extra cash to start selling stealth, have alot of items, have no money and in alot debt.
